Dealing with a grey screen upon launching PLAN
Use these steps to address the scenario where clicking "Start" next to PLAN or PLAN Advanced opens a new window but only a grey screen appears.
Step 1 - Close out of all Attainia windows in your browser.
Step 2 - Click on the link below to go to the "Flash Player Help" page.
There, you should see a box titled "Global Storage Settings".
Step 3 - Slide the sliderbar all the way to the left.
Step 4 - UNcheck the "Store common Flash components to reduce download times."
Step 5 - Set sliderbar to 10MB (second position from the right)
Step 6 - REcheck the "Store common Flash components to reduce download times" checkbox.
Step 7 - Navigate to the folder icon ("Website Storage Settings")
Step 8 - Click "Delete all sites"
This only deletes the temporary files used by Flash Player to load previously loaded Flash websites. They will be re-downloaded again once you navigate back to them. This will not delete any user-saved information such as bookmarks or favorites.
Step 9 - Please login at https://phx.attainia.com and try launching PLAN again.
